Directions

From UAB Medical School

  • Take University Boulevard to Hwy 280/Hwy 31 and go East (280) / South (31).
  • Stay in the right lane so that you remain on Hwy 280 instead of going straight on Hwy 31 into Homewood.
  • At the second traffic light turn right between the two banks (Wachovia & AmSouth).This is Office Park Drive.
  • Stay on that road as it winds up the hill, takes a dip and up again. The building we are in will then be immediately on the left and says "400 Building" above the door. We are directly above the staircase after you come in the front door of the building.

From Highway 280 south of town

If traveling on Hwy 280 from the South (say from the Summit)

  • Pass the Birmingham Water Works.
  • Pass Lakeshore Drive. Get into the left lane to prepare to turn left.
  • Turn left at the first traffic light past Lakeshore (between the Wachovia and AmSouth banks). This is Office Park Drive.
  • Stay on that road as it winds up the hill, takes a dip and up again. The building we are in will then be immediately on the left and says "400 Building" above the door. We are directly above the staircase after you come in the front door of the building.
